This app may result in the collection and processing of your personal data (such as location, contact info, uses search history, and report data) provided by users via mobile app for research and monitoring purposes. The app portal will process data in compliance with the applicable data protection regulations.

The data collected/submitted through the mobile app in the form of monthly reports to the MYSQL DB server will be accessible to the technical MIS & research team in the form of a dashboard through multi-level user login credentials. The MoHFW shall use this data for monitoring and programmatic purpose.

Any grievance related to a data breach through the app portal can be notified to the administrator by sending an email to (rkskhelp@mamtahimc.in). The process of investigation will be initiated within 24 hours and the concerned person will be notified through email within 7 working days. During the investigation, if the breach is found at the implementation level, the concerned official at MAMTA/Local government stakeholders will be intimated along with the investigation report.
